Resin Production Assistant

​

The team at Monster Fight Club is producing high-quality terrain pieces, miniatures, and other projects in our resin casting shop. We’re seeking hard-working people to help us grow, people who can thrive in a results-driven work environment while maintaining their attention to details.

​

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The resin production assistant is a part-time to full-time entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the production casting team with mold making, resin casting, and model cleaning. These duties include but are not limited to:

• Producing rubber silicon molds

• Casting resin models

• Carefully demolding and cleaning resin models

• Achieving daily quotas and goals

• Assisting with other projects and production as needed

• Other duties as necessary

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in our Earlysville (Central Virginia) location

• Strong work ethic

• Task-oriented; must be able to complete and change tasks quickly

• Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for 4 – 8 hours each day

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Compensation: This is an entry-level part-time to full-time position; pay is commensurate with experience.

Graphic Designer

​

Monster Fight Club is a team of hobby industry veterans seeking to evolve tabletop gaming through unique experiences, innovation, and distinct features, and our Graphic Designers are a driving force behind our brand and product creation.

 

Working for both clients and our internal brand we create board games, game accessories, terrain, RPG and wargaming models, and pop culture collectibles.  For each project, we seek to embody creativity and innovation as we stay ahead of trends with our concepts and implementation.

 

As a Graphic Designer with Monster Fight Club, you will be part of the team putting forth all of the creative elements and marketing for our brand and products through print and digital media.  You will help shape the optics of marketing, and contribute on every detail in the creation of board games, tabletop accessories, miniatures, and more!

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with other artists to draft concepts and mockups

• Create print layouts for packaging, marketing, and networking

• Put together website layouts for our expanding line of products

• Work with game designers to create print-ready materials and drafts as we develop new games

• Compile proposals and mockups of new products to send to production

• Prepare print-ready files for publishers and printers

• Assist with in-house production for prototyping

• Have fun!

 

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work in our Earlysville (Central Virginia) location

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to quickly learn and retain information

• A creative mindset and ability to translate ideas and feedback into a finished product

• A strong work ethic, and willingness to take on the challenges that come with industry restrictions

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 3D printing

• Knowledge of wide-format printing

• Previous work with CAD and 3D design

• Skill in illustration (digital or traditional)
