Current Openings

The Production team at Monster Fight Club is producing high-quality terrain pieces, miniatures, and other projects in our resin casting shop. We’re seeking hard-working people to help us grow, people who can thrive in a results-driven work environment while maintaining their attention to detail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The resin production assistant is a part-time to full-time entry-level position. The primary duties are to assist the production casting team with mold making, resin casting, and model cleaning. These duties include but are not limited to
  1. * Producing rubber silicon molds
  2. * Casting resin models
  3. * Carefully demolding and cleaning resin models
  4. * Achieving daily quotas and goals
  5. * Assisting with other projects and production as needed
  6. * Other duties as necessary

Qualifications
  1. * Must be able to work in our Earlysville (Central Virginia) location
  2. * Strong work ethic
  3. * Task-oriented; must be able to complete and change tasks quickly
  4. * Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for 4 – 8 hours each day
  5. * Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Start Date & Compenation
This is a full or part-time, entry-level, immediate-hire position. Pay is commensurate with experience.
